International Snow Festival at S. Candido
Artists from all over the world meet every year in January to the international Snow festival at San Candido. From the 3x3x3m big snowy cubes the artists create fantastic and extraordinary sculptures which are valued afterwards by a jury.
The snowy sculptures can be admired till the first milder days, in the evening thanks to artificial lighting.

Alta Pusteria International Choirfestival
For the extraordinary variety of the venues (churchs, castles, refuges, ecc) and the wide performed repertoire (opera, gospel, jazz, ecc) it is one of the most spectacular European choral music events. It takes place once a year and its program is usually scheduled in five days - from Wednesday to Sunday - during the last week of June.

Cortina - Dobbiaco Run
33rd Edition of 2010 Cross-Country Ski race Dobbiaco–Cortina where 1,500 participants are expected. The race starts in Dobbiaco and ends in Fiames; the second day from Dobbiaco to Cortina d’Ampezzo.

Südtirol Dolomiti Superbike
Dolomiti Superbike is the most demanding mountain bike running of Italy. Every year in July the worlds élite and a vast amount meet in amateur sportsmen to these runnings which lead by five municipalities of the Alta Pusteria and offer to all participants and visitors a miraculous insight into our mountain world. The distance: with a total length of 111 kms a whole heights difference of 3000 ms is to be mastered. The height difference 1500 ms has the distance for amateur drivers and amounts. Thanks to beginner's distance more than 25 kms and 800 meters height to be mastered this sports arrangement is above all also interesting for our guests.

Cortina- Dobbiaco Mountainbike Race
The mountain bike running Cortina-Toblach presents itself retime as the running of the records. More than 3000 participants are expected in the start in Cortina which will put back 42 kms to Dobbiaco. The racing distance drives down primarily of the old railroad line Calalzo- Dobbiaco and by an amusing mountain landscape. The running counts as very quick, because only 600 meters height are to be mastered.

Tre Cime Alpin Marathon
21 kilometers, 1500 m of difference in altitude.
For the hobby runners is available near the long distance a sprint distance too. It has a length of 12 kilometers and a difference in altitude of 1100 meters. The long distance has a length of 21 kilometers and a difference in altitude of 1500 meters.
