International Snow Festival at S. Candido
Artists from all over the world meet to the international Snow festival in San Candido every year in January. From the 3x3x3m big snowy cubes the artists create fantastic and extraordinary sculptures which are valued afterwards by a jury. The snowy sculptures can be admired till the first milder days and thanks to artificial lighting also in the evening.

Alta Pusteria International Choirfestival
For the extraordinary variety of the venues (churchs, castles, refuges, ecc) and the wide performed repertoire (opera, gospel, jazz, ecc) it is one of the most spectacular European choral music events. It takes place once a year and its program is usually scheduled in five days - from Wednesday to Sunday - during the last week of June.

Granfondo Dobbiaco – Cortina
34rd Edition of Cross-Country Ski race Dobbiaco–Cortina where 1,500 participants are expected. The race starts in Dobbiaco and ends in Fiames; the second day from Dobbiaco to Cortina d'Ampezzo.

Südtirol Dolomiti Superbike
Dolomiti Superbike is the most demanding mountain bike running of Italy. Every year in July the world's élite and a vast amount of amateur sportsmen meet to these runnings which lead through five municipalities of Alta Pusteria and offer to all participants and visitors a miraculous insight into our mountain world. The distance of 114 km with a total altitude difference of 3000 m is to be mastered.

Tre Cime Alpin Marathon
21 kilometers and 1500 meters difference in altitude.
In addition to the usual long distance there is also a short distance about 12 kilometers and 1100 meters difference in altitude for hobby runners.
